1. Eligibility and Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its content or checkout systems.

2. Products and Information

SilverVit currently offers two product formats: a 4 fl oz (118 mL) Fine Mist Spray and a 16 fl oz (473 mL) Original Bottle. Product descriptions, sizes, ingredients, labeling, and directions should be read together with the information printed on the actual product packaging.

We work to present accurate product information and images. However, screen appearance, packaging design, and product availability may vary, and we may correct typographical errors or inaccuracies. Material changes affecting an accepted order will be communicated as appropriate.

Product and educational information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and is not individualized medical advice. Follow product labeling, including directions and warnings. Do not use website content as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as a promise to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease. Any product claims must be supported and presented in compliance with applicable law.

3. Prices, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Prices and promotions may change before an order is placed. The total displayed before you confirm payment will reflect the products ordered and any applicable sales taxes or other amounts identified at checkout. Standard shipping to eligible U.S. destinations is free.

Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout or another payment method explicitly offered on the Site. We do not accept payment information by email. Submitting an order authorizes the payment shown at checkout, subject to the payment processor's terms.

4. Order Acceptance and Availability

After checkout, we may send an automated order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. We may need to verify payment, shipping details, or availability before fulfilling it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as suspected fraud, inventory errors, or inaccurate information, subject to applicable law. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the applicable amount.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international addresses, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders. Our separate Shipping Policy explains shipping eligibility, processing, tracking, and delays and is incorporated into these Terms.

Orders are scheduled for dispatch on the next business day after payment confirmation and completion of the order details, subject to the conditions in our Shipping Policy. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Dispatch is not delivery; shipping-carrier transit times vary. If we cannot ship within the applicable advertised period, we will provide the delay or cancellation options and refunds required by law.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. In general, eligible unopened products may be returned if a request is made within 30 days after delivery, following our approval and return instructions. Following prompt inspection and acceptance of an eligible return, we initiate an approved refund within 7 business days after acceptance, unless a different legal deadline applies. Additional conditions and exceptions, including issues involving an incorrect or damaged shipment, are described in that policy. Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws are not limited by these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site's original text, graphics, photographs, designs, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Silver Vitalis LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may browse and use the Site for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit its content without permission, except as allowed by law.

8. User Communications

If you contact us, you agree to provide truthful and lawful information. You must not send malicious code, abusive material, or content that infringes third-party rights. We may use information in your messages to respond to your request and administer customer service as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors and shipping carriers. Third-party sites and services may be governed by separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices beyond the responsibilities imposed on us by law.

10. No Unlawful Exclusion of Consumer Rights

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Site will be free of all errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided without warranties beyond those expressly provided by us or required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, SilverVit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from Site use. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer rights, liability for fraud, or other non-waivable obligations.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is available through the Site footer.

12. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Changes generally apply prospectively and do not remove rights already accrued under a completed purchase or applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or other rules that apply to you in your state. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver under these Terms.
